Mr. Lisan Ullah Khan is the founding member of the Firm. He works as an Advocate Supreme Court & High Court. He works in a bold, honest and upright manner and never provided anyone with an opportunity to question his integrity, legal knowledge and judicial conviction.
He was licensed, by the Punjab Bar Council, to appear, as an Advocate, before courts in 1993 and subsequently permitted, in 1995, to appear and conduct cases in the High Court.

He has participated in cross-border negotiations and has an established network of colleagues throughout the globe available to assist clients in foreign countries as needs arise. Malcolm’s practice has included representation of clients in most forums, including a range of administrative forums, statewide and nationally.
Malcolm serves as a chair of the firm's International Practice Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Malcolm was chair of the China Practice Group at Carlsmith Ball LLP in Los Angeles. His legal experience began with an emphasis in tort litigation as a law clerk for Gilbert, Kelly, Crowley & Jennett, and Breldenbach, Swainston, Yokaitis & Crispo. Malcolm was the principal in his own practice for 20 years focusing on an international base of clients located throughout Europe and Asia.
Prior to his admission to the bar, Malcolm was a marketing and sales manager for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and was a member of the Metropolitan Managers Club based on achievement of personnel directly under his supervision.

On the international scene, Malcolm was the President (2000) and is Honorary President of International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA). Our firm is operating a free legal aid wing for the needy and destitute people who can not afford the legal services of our firm and are thrown on the mercy of the system. Every year hundreds of people benefit from this free legal Aid wing.
This wing is co- headed by Mr. Adeel Abbas and Miss Saima Rasheed Advocate
All our members contribute in this wing by not only handling various cases and giving free legal advice but also by contributing the money towards this head out of their pay. The money collected under this head is spent towards the expenditures of the filing of the cases.
A lot of organizations also contribute towards this head and we are grateful to them for their graciousness. This contribution helps us to cover a lot of misc. expenses.
Public interest litigation is also done through this wing, which includes environment cases, child labor, child abuse and human rights cases.
